Since the establishment in 2002, Wender have been specializing in aluminum alloy surface treatment in Kaohsiung.
With our past experiences in various machining and processing, we have specialized in surface treatment of aluminum alloy products, including anodizing, hard anodizing, chemical polishing, trivalent chromium coating, sandblasting, and laser engraving.
To provide customers with more stable processes and quality assurance, Wender has enhanced production line efficiency and management optimization,and obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2020.
PROCESSES
Sulfuric Acid Anodizing/Hard Anodizing
The goal of anodizing treatment was originally for anti-oxidation. With technological advancements, anodizing of aluminum can now be applied to various performances of products according to different purposes. Such as not only enhancing their functionality, but also it can use dyes for coloring to present vivid colors and brightness, thereby increasing the decorative appearance of the products.
Trivalent Chromium
The chemical conversion possesses provide excellent adhesion and surface smoothness, which can enhance the compatibility of subsequent coating processes and paints, and also exhibit low resistance and good conductivity. We strictly follows the MIL-DTL-5541 TYPE II standard as a reference for the trivalent chromium chemical conversion coating process on aluminum alloys. Comparing with hexavalent chromiun, this process is relatively environmentally friendly.
Sandblasting/Laser Engraving
◆ Laser Engraving Before Anodizing
This process allows the laser-etched areas to exhibit different colors after anodization, thus achieving patterns or text with stereosis and visual effects.
◆ Anodizing Before Laser Engraving
This approach creates a relief on the surface, resulting in clearer and more prominent patterns or text.
